How we Bill

Mint Legal provides estimates of legal costs and expenses from the outset of instructions and works with clients to determine scope of work and costs.  Where possible Mint Legal utilises fixed fee arrangements.

Our People

Mint Legal’s Founder & Managing Director Chris Booth BA LLB has been a lawyer for over 20 years, admitted to practice law in Australia as a Barrister and Solicitor since 2002 and as a Solicitor in England and Wales since 2005.  He established Mint Legal law firm in 2018 and has previously worked for over 12, inhouse, local government and private practice law firms locally, interstate and overseas for small, medium and Top Tier law firms all the while garnering market-leading experience in corporate, commercial, property and private client legal services working for private clients, small to medium enterprises through to publicly listed and market leading corporations.

Chris Booth is a currently an honorary solicitor for St Vincent de Paul and sits on the WA Law Society Property Law Committee and WA Law Society Commercial Law Committee.

Chris Booth’s local, international and cross-border corporate and commercial legal expertise and his effective and efficient approach to strategically resolve legal problems is holistically considered and solutions driven for results at reasonable rates.
